What's included in Lingle's new agent training?
A. We have two programs we run concurrently during your
initial training – our LRE 12 Training Sessions on the practical application
of selling real estate plus our First 30 Day Action Plan to help upstart
your real estate career.
We also provide continuous
training in weekly sales meetings and additional classes we hold periodically.
We also offer weekly coaching sessions with experienced sales managers
and monthly communication meetings to follow up on your progress.

Q.
How does Lingle’s training supplement the formal course an agent must
take before taking their state licensing test?
A. The pre-licensing course required focuses on the legal
part of becoming a real estate agent. This course covers the terminology
and vocabulary used in real estate. It teaches the math, contract law,
and Indiana licensing law needed for real estate.
However it does not
teach you prospecting techniques, selling skills, negotiating skills,
and professionalism…….that is what we teach you once you become affiliated
with LRE.
Q. Where does Lingle
Real Estate recommend new agents take their real estate courses?
A. The courses now available are: 9 week course at IVY
Tech, 2 week course in Indianapolis, & a 9 week course in Muncie.
